First, remember, this is --FREE--. It's a Contest / DXing club. If you think you'll ever want to do a little DXing, Contesting, or Field Day with a group or from your home station, jump in! If you're outside the 250 mile coverage area of TDXA, join anyway. It's free, and chapters are coming that could include you. A few mouse clicks and you're in!

A photo or scan is also acceptable, whatever way you can send the info should be fine.
